By using the Topick.AI personal brand amplification engine ("Service"), you agree to the following terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3.1. License to Use the Service：We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
3.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1. User-Provided Content (Your IP): You retain full ownership of all the content you provide to the Service, including your articles, notes, voice recordings, and images ("User Content").
4.2. License to Us: To enable us to operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of creating your private Digital Persona and generating content for you. This license does not permit us to use your User Content to train any public AI models.
4.3. AI-Generated Content: You own all the rights to the articles, video scripts, and other materials generated by the Service for you ("Generated Content").
4.4. Digital Persona Videos: You own the final video files generated by your Digital Persona. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these videos complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
5.1. Subscription Fees: Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
5.2. Billing: We will bill you through the payment method you provide. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

You are solely responsible for the content you create. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any Generated Content. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful or violates these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topick.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Topick.AI and its employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Hong Kong.
