We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated terms will reflect a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

3. Access and Account Terms

3.1 Account Registration​​

• Provide accurate, up-to-date account information;
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials;
• Assume full responsibility for all account activities.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, deny service, remove content, or cancel subscriptions.

4. AI Content Creation and Usage Rights

• Service generates content based on your input.
• No guarantees regarding accuracy or appropriateness;
• You must review the generated content before use.

​​​​4.2 Intellectual Property​​

• You retain ownership of input and generated content.
• We retain rights to AI models and algorithms.

​​4.3 Usage Restrictions​​

Prohibited: Infringing content, fraudulent content, hate/discriminatory content, illegal content.

5. Payment Terms

​​5.1 Subscriptions and Fees​​

• Fees charged per current pricing (taxes excluded unless stated);
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• Fees for active subscription periods are non-refundable (refund policy exceptions apply).

​​​​​​5.2 Payment Processing​​

• Processed via secure third-party providers;
• Payment failures may result in service suspension.

​​5.3 Refund Policy​​

A. Standard Refunds​​

• Refund requests accepted within ​​24 hours​​ of payment.

• Approved refunds are processed in ​​3-7 business days​​ to the original payment method.

​​B. ATO (Account Takeover) Refunds​​

• Applies to unauthorized access/theft cases;

• Processing time same as above.

​​*Exceptions:​​* Refunds may be partial or denied if excessive resources were consumed (e.g., >100 content generations).

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws;
• Not disrupt or compromise the Service;
• Do not attempt unauthorized access.
• Not transmit malware or harmful code.

7. Content Guidelines

7.1 Prohibited Content​​

Includes: Illegal content, infringing material, malware, discriminatory content, pornography, and fraudulent material.

​​7.2 Content Monitoring​​

We reserve the right to remove violating content and report to the authorities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Adherence to Privacy Policy, compliance with GDPR/CCPA, and implementation of industry-standard security measures.

9. Service Availability

• No 100% uptime guarantee;
• Maintenance may occur with/without notice.
• We reserve the right to modify features or pricing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "AS IS." We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the fees paid.

11. Indemnification

You indemnify TopickAI against losses arising from: (i) your use of the Service, (ii) breaches of these terms, or (iii) infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

13. Governing Law
